It has been good. Worked well last summer and is just coming out of its first winter looking to be in perfect condition. When bolted together it is stable, I assume over time the bolts and nuts and panel parts in contact with soil will rust but should be fine for a number of years.

This is a dandy planter box! Nice and sturdy, with a smooth folded top edge and an outward flare which will suit plants that hang over. Perfect for my strawberry bed.
