was working well until it stopped sticking to the wall and fell off one night. nearly scared me to death thinking someone broke into our home. returned as the quality is not quite there.

Disappointed that there is front and back to this product. The front of the arm is round and nice, the back is hollow and cannot be rotated. To look nice it can only be mounted in one direction. This is something that should be shown in the product pictures.
