Disappointed. Very hard to adjust arms once monitors are on and made from cheap parts. The manual fasteners are very cheap plastic. The one that secures the monitor on the stand snapped in half when barely turning it. I contacted support within the first month of having it and they said they'd send new ones but never received any. Still waiting.

Does not support 32" monitors. Screen tilt down despite being 2kg lower then maximum weight

This is a big disappointing as it shows 8kg/17lbs per arm but one of my monitor was maybe 14 lbs and I can see the arm bending. My new primecable curve monitor is weigh 9 lbs and it barely hold. It also not high enough and the worst, its clamp which keeps spinning around instead a solid metal and it detached when trying to thighning with tabletp as it's only holding with a small metal washer.

Just over 6.5 inches long. Shorter than advertised.

they work fine, but they drop a lot of crap. i wouldnt have been happy if i spent money on them
