Same issue as the other reviewer. It seems like the battery cells are loose so when I jiggle the battery bank, something inside is moving around. I brought this up with customer service and they sent me another unit, which has the same problem. Seems like Shopper+ got a bad batch from the OEM factory. But other than that, it charges quick and the transparent design with the LED display is pretty cool.

Used it a few times. It gets to about 30% and immediately discharged every time. It's great until then. Not sure if it's an issue with the product manufacturing or something else.

I love how this looks and the features are great. It charges well. My only problem is that anytime I move it, it feels and sounds like the battery cell inside is moving. I’m not sure how safe that is. Hopefully mine is just a one off.
