Quality Check (QC) failed, The USB-C ports do not work on mine in particular, so I don't know if the copper traces were never connected, or there is a capacitor missing. The only the USB-A Ports work. PrimeCables Refunded me and told me to Keep it. Still usable but won't fast charge and need and A to C cable. Nice and long great for charging phones & tablets in the back seat. Will buy again and hopefully get a good one, customer service was prompt and fast, refund was processed same day.

Higher output than using the USB charge port in dash of car. Leave in cup holder . I can plug in the Samsung phone and a better half an "I" whatever
