J'en avais déjà acheté un sur Amazon que j'avais retourné car les embouts de fixation (chinois?) ne fonctionnaient pas pour une installation de l'Amérique du nord. Celui-ci est parfait. Facile et rapide à installer sans besoin de connaissances en plomberie. Le jet d'eau du bidet est plus du type pompier que petite pluie d'été! Haha! Je suis satisfaite.

Previously purchased this item and replaced when it broke and will be adding more to other washrooms. They have updated the new ones with a plastic cap you can screw using your hands negating the use of tools. Very nice touch.

I have said this before. these bidets are an absolute must. People that do not have or use one are missing out on that totally clean feeling. This particular brand is the best.
