I am having hard time assembling it, the screw holes do not match on side of the chair. Also, very poor quality materials, never recommend any one to buy it.

This chair took 2 hours to assemble. Not because the instructions were difficult, but because the tolerances and construction of the chair made the holes for the arms and seat to be misaligned and require numerous adjustments to get right. The seat is uncomfortable in both the texture of the fabric as well as the filling. It almost feels like sandpaper to the skin which is compounded by the fact that both the armrest and seat are covered with the same fabric. Not to mention that one arm is more loose than the other when trying to flip them. I'm 6" and the headrest goes up to my shoulders. Now, THE WORST PART: the rollers on the chair are bone-dry. Attempting to lubricate them yielded absolutely no difference regardless of the weight of the oil attempted. As a result, I had to frankenstein this chair by removing the rollers from my old chair and putting it on the new. The only good part about this chair is the backrest being firm and provides sufficient lumbar support but it is hardly a redeeming feature considering all the other drawbacks. I would NOT pay more than $50 for this chair, let alone $100 for when it was on sale.

I have never been more convinced that reviews were fake before buying this product. I have always hated buying from IKEA because of the insane build log but this is on another level. Most screws wont fit, the ones that do are flimsy. the most important ones dont fit at all. I literally spent 45 minutes getting 1 screw in for the headrest and gave up. Yeah, sure, this is cheap (I paid 110$) but I can only imagine I'd get better quality from Alibaba for 70$! This is absolute garbage... if you do manage to get one that the bolts actually fit, you are lucky, but for the others like me, you are sh*t out of luck. Next time I'm buying fromTemu!!! (the worst place ever, but can't be worse than this crap)

The quality of this chair was not what we were expecting. The arm rest was also broken when the shipped it.

I purchased another chair from shopper's + and it still holds up great.. however this one is quite flimsy, the flip up arms don't ajust in height and that is a major thing when looking for ergonomic chairs this one to me is simply a chair, I regret not buying the other model I already had with more adjustment settings.
