Unfortunately, the 2 packages of copy paper arrived damaged -- perhaps because of the weight of the copy paper packages, they were tossed around onside the larger outer carton during shipping, damaging the paper.

ne fonctionne pas sur mon imprimante

Reply by our customer service

I have ordered this paper multiple times with great satisfaction. Although, on my last order, one of the boxes came with all the reams damaged and opened, with loose paper leaves all over the box. Needless to say, I won't be able to use it for printing. I tried contacting support and never got an answer from them. I will think more than twice about buying paper from Shopper Plus again.

This paper is actually 8 9/16" wide, just too much over the 8 1/2" that it will not go through my Samsung printer.
