It does what it's supposed to do. I did turn the fan to blow up into the tray as my laptop uses the bottom vents as air intake. The downside of this is that I need to find a fan grille for this so I dont get my fingers sliced by accident. I think the fan on this is a 120mm fan (don't have one to compare) so you should be able to replace it. The one included is very quiet and moves a decent amount of air. I just don't like that I cannot turn off the lights on it. The clips on either side of the tray to prevent the laptop from falling off are just plastic clips. Here's hoping they don't break. My only wish is that there are more holes at the bottom of the tray for better airflow - Something like large honeycomb design would have been nice.

Perfect quality/price. I paid more for a cooling pad alone! I even have my bulky laptop docking station on it. They thought of making space so you don’t loose access to your ports. I would’ve liked if the fan had an on/off button, but, for that price, disconnecting the USB is nothing. I have a P50 Lenovo workstation, if it can cool that computer, it can take anything thrown at it. Very satisfied!

I cannot actually rate this product as my order was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago and has not arrived, nor has any information been shared with me on when it might possibly show up. Sure, wish I would have ordered with Amazon like normal.

Not good because at steep angle the laptop slides off the tray when the lid is open. I requested a return over 10 days ago and no response from the seller. I don't recommend
