Premium quality but it’s not compatible with Vesa mount. Im trying to return it but it takes them forever to reply. It’s been 4 days now and i still don’t get any reply. 5 starts for the product 1 star for the customer service.

Hi there, So sorry to hear that the Vesa from the mount did not match the Vesa of your monitor. I was able to check and you reached out to us on October 31st 2024 and our agent Sabrina replied the following day on November 1st. Please note all replies can take up to 24 business hours. the product is overall perfect, but the clamp is useless and has a major design flaw. It is a straight up BOLT that pushes instead of a flat part, meaning that it will never be steady and it will push through whatever you bolt it on. It is basically useless, sadly.
