All five packs came stone hard and dry .Please resand me the new ones with my next order .

          Reply by our customer service

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that all five packs arrived hard and dry — these Merangue chisel tip highlighters are designed for bright, clear, constant-flow highlighting with a low-odor formula, so this isn't expected under normal conditions. Occasionally, an entire batch can dry out due to storage or transit conditions before reaching you. please reach out to our customer service team with your order number so we can send a replacement or process a refund. We appreciate you letting us know and apologize for the inconvenience.

          Les pointes étaient sèchent.

            Reply by our customer service
