        Wide enough for a full pound of butter, but just a bit to short. nicely made, but I was looking for a dish that I can just put a pound of butter in without having to 'trim' it to fit.

          Just slightly too small for the large square butters. Pretty good other wise.

            Sorry, but not what I’d hoped for … it is bulkier than expected, but still does not accommodate a 454 g. sized butter brick and while the butter knife that comes with it is okay, the fact that it is stored on the inside makes it messy and impractical …
