PROS: 1. Easiest and quickest chair I've ever had to mount. 2. Looks great and the headrest is a nice feature. 3. The overall quality looks also good. CONS: 1. These must be the cheapest wheels on the market. They rarely ever roll while my other chairs (also budget chairs) roll easily. They're the main reason for writing this review. With decent wheels, I would have given a 4/5 rating. It will bother you every time you'll have to move this chair. 2. I'm still not sure about the ergonomics. While the chair is comfortable, I'm not sure the lower back padding is actually making the chair better. Overall, I think it's ok. I'm not disappointed with my purchase but I'll buy a different model next time.

I'm 5 ft 2 and the chair is a bit high for me and my brother who is around 5 ft 6, neither of our feet touch the ground even in the lowest setting. It's a bit disappointing as I'd reviewed the measurements online prior to purchasing, which might be inaccurate. The lumbar support is also a bit too low. I thought I'd be able to tilt the chair back but it's screwed in directly to the arms, which was a bit unexpected. I will likely still keep it at this price point though as I don't want to pay for a restocking fee.
