    POOR DELIVERY

    Reply by our customer service

Thank you very much for your review. We’re very sorry this happened. Our shipping is handled by a third-party carrier, and we will communicate with the shipping company and reinforce our packaging to help prevent this from happening again. Based on the photos, however, the product inside appears to be unaffected. We hope our product meets your expectations. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
