La qualité du papier toilette n'est pas bon du tout.

cheap.

I purchased last year, the bags contained 40 packs this year only 30. I weighed the 40 bags as I have couple of bags from last year, the weight of 40 bags is double of what is for 30 bags. Not all quantity is less than, quality is bad.

cotton comes off very easily and suddenly in a lump

It's ridiculously short. My 11 year old son was hunched over it, complaining it was too short. And it seems flimsy. Definitely not a quality item and not worth the $20.
