We have one of these for every bathroom. On the thirds one, we decided to not bother with the temperature controlled one because adding it to the hot water line has required drilling a hole in our vanity. Nobody waits long enough for the water to get warm, anyway. On toilet seats that have the fitted rim, you'll need to get the little bumpers/risers that stick on under the seat. Get thinner ones if your toilet seat is flat, like the one shown in the product picture.

seems good so far. it's thin and fits nicely. I am just doubtful that how durable it will be where kids use it.
