Good quality plastic. Feels durable. It fits my washbasin well despite it not being rectangular. It has a hole for hanging. Be aware that if it's hung contracted, it may extend suddenly by gravity alone.

It didn't realize I needed something like this until I started using it. Being able to adjust the length of the colander means I can place it securely either east-west or north-south across my sink, depending on what I'm doing. So convenient and such clever design. Doesn't feel flimsy or fragile either, so I'll probably be using it for years to come.

Love this! Easy to wash vegetables and fruits in the sink

Handy unit at pickling/harvest time.

The over-the-sink colander strainer basket is sturdy, easy to use, and fits well across my sink. It’s perfect for rinsing fruits, vegetables, or draining pasta. The expandable design makes it convenient for different sink sizes. Highly recommended for kitchen organization and efficiency.

Pratique et facile d’utilisation.
