We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the JADENS JD-21 Mini Sticker Printer. This isn't the experience we want for our customers. This inkless thermal printer is designed for easy Bluetooth setup, vivid print quality, and up to 15 hours of battery life on a single charge. If you're running into connectivity issues, paper jams, or print quality problems, please contact our customer support team so we can help troubleshoot.
