The quality is okay. I had problems with the quality of the monitor. I had a couple of email exchanges with support. They eventually offered me a replacement. By that time, I only had a workaround and had installed it with some minor adjustments. The stand sags.It's not made to hold the weight even 10 lb as it is claimed on the website. It can hold 21 lb but it can't. The monitors sag, and the arm sways 100%. It is not suitable for 24 or 27-inch monitors.

it is ok for home use but for price you can not go wrong i got it on sale and if you look at video at 4 minutes and 48 seconds in when he goes up and down i do not get this feature .you have to loosen bolt put to your height and re tighten bolt

Not strong enough for ultrawide monitors

Does the job. If you have a standing desk, I noticed it was tricky to clamp tot on because of a bar under the desktop. Adjusting it requires an Allen key which is a bit inconvenient
