Perfect USB-C hub for modern laptops with next to no USB ports....the 4 full speed ports worked well for the devices I was using, I have not tested the PD port to confirm the power delivery, but it does transfer data fine.

I was excited to find a USB-C hub that actually provides more USB-C ports, as more devices offer USB-C connections and many laptops still only offer 1 or 2 USB-C ports. Unfortunately I found that this hub's USB-C ports do not provide a secure connection with many of the USB-C cables and devices that I have: they can slip out if the hub is barely touched. My Dell USB-C Ethernet dongle is one such example. The same cables and devices feel much more secure in my laptop ports. If the ports in this hub were just a fraction of a millimetre tighter, I would give it four or five stars. Your experience may vary; it very much depends on your own cables & devices.

Bought that to, among other things, charge our cell phones and tablet. Received it on january 5. Doesn't charge if the device is on. Contacted customer service. One week later, no message back.
