I was excited to find a USB-C hub that actually provides more USB-C ports, as more devices offer USB-C connections and many laptops still only offer 1 or 2 USB-C ports. Unfortunately I found that this hub's USB-C ports do not provide a secure connection with many of the USB-C cables and devices that I have: they can slip out if the hub is barely touched. My Dell USB-C Ethernet dongle is one such example. The same cables and devices feel much more secure in my laptop ports. If the ports in this hub were just a fraction of a millimetre tighter, I would give it four or five stars. Your experience may vary; it very much depends on your own cables & devices.
