I am spending 10 hours sitting for work and my back doesn't Hurt me anymore if you have a bad back this is the best chair you can buy trust me it is a miracle.

nice comfortable chair very easy to put togeher

was really disappointed with this chair. The assembly process was frustrating — several screws didn’t fit properly, and the parts didn’t align as expected. I double-checked the instructions, but it still wouldn’t come together smoothly. Once assembled, it didn’t feel very sturdy either. Overall, not happy with the quality or the fit of the components. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your assembly experience — that's certainly not the standard we aim for. Our chair features KD base construction specifically designed to simplify assembly and enhance stability, so we understand your frustration when that wasn't your experience. If screws didn't fit properly, it's possible some components may have been misaligned during packaging. We'd love the opportunity to make this right — please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you directly.
