Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the chair economical and easy to assemble. We apologize for any confusion caused by the assembly instructions showing a headrest. This model does not currently include a headrest, and the headrest is not available for separate purchase at this time. However, we are actively working on developing a version with a headrest to better meet customers’ needs. Regarding the armrests, you are correct that the height is not adjustable on this model.
