A nice, wide, practical chair. I chose this chair because it's rated for 320 pounds, but the seat, back, and armrest mounts are plastic, so I hope they don't break. I also think the foam padding on the seat and armrests will quickly wrinkle, as it's thin, so I'll give it a 4.

Excellent product, well made and comfortable. The ability to move the arms is a plus - in fact, I don't usually want arms, but these can be raised and lowered and, importantly, for me they are above the desk so do not get caught, even when in the down position. Highly recommend this chair.

Although the chair can be adjusted in height, it is meant for medium-sized people. I am 5'8". The lumbar support is too low, the armrest is too narrow, and the seat is not deep enough. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

Great for the money

The chair is a bit flimsy and uncomfortable. Not enough lumbar support for me. Arms are touch high for me. Was easy enough to assemble, however the arms to the seat required adjusting and was unable to really get it sturdy. Overall I would not recommend this product. Better to shop and invest in a better quality.
