I had to change to Firefox to complete this order, Google Chrome would loose the my items in my shopping basket. Otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.

In the past I would have rated you as a 5 -- Fantastic. I love your product and prices. I have ordered before and always been happy. Today and the last time I attempted an order however, it took me to a site that showed up as not secure once I attempted to place my order. Last time I cancelled my order and went to a store and purchased ink cartridges.Today I ordered anyway, hoping that I would not have any issues with my credit card etc. Any idea why it gave me this message once I started to order? If this can be cleared up, you'll be back to a 5 rating for me. Thanks, Laurie Redka

Easy and Fast .. I just hope this cable would allow me to use the full quality of my 4k UHD display .. I've been buying lots of cables on amazon and ebay .. nothing works at 4k even when they mention it .

1. Was not sure that $ amounts were in CAD until checkout. 2. Not easy to determine if I could pick up the toner at your location in Lachine. Decided to have it delivered regardless. 3. Not clear about subtle difference in products... my printer needs a MLT-D103S but was offered a MLT-D103L ..decided the reason for the different letter at the end was because of yield.. but I shouldn't have had to guess that.

It was easy and I was pleased with the write-up on what I wrote. Your web page looks confident. I am scared to purchase 'no-name' ink for such a printer but the regular price for name brand ink is just such a killer! Here's hoping it does work as promised.

It was very difficult to get items into the shopping cart sometimes. A few times the wrong length of cable would appear, sometimes it would show nothing in the cart, sometimes I could not remove items. Overall the UX is pretty poor. For example, when i put an item in the cart and i want to continue shopping , I don't want to go back to the overall site, I want to go back to where I was! Anyhoo. I'm hoping the product makes up for it. I certainly like the prices.
