First of all, your Chat support person Cici was very friendly and helpful. The ad heading you have on this item includes "Free Ship", which is very misleading. It led me to believe that ordering this item itself would qualify for free shipping. But no, upon checkout, your system insisted on charging me shipping charge. That was when I contacted Cici. She was prompt in responding and very helpful in resolving my issue. She is a great asset to your organization. Without her, I would have abandoned the order. The $5 shipping charge is irrelevant. To me, principle is most important.

I am so happy with your Company. It's an easy order process and very inexpensive compared to shopping elsewhere. Shipping is also very fast. Thanks

Allô! J'aimerais bien que vous ayez des ensembles LC-61 noir, par exemple, par paquet de 10, à bon prix, bien sûr! Bonne journée!

too much stuff on your pages - its blinding and confusing. would be really helpful to see what I ordered before so that I can quickly and easily make my next purchase. I understand that you want the opportunity to sell more products to your customers but the amount of stuff coming at the customer when they log onto your page is is over kill and a real turn off.

Lea O, British Columbia, 07 avril, 2016

Seemed like another other online shopping i have done.

Brad P, Ontario, 07 avril, 2016
