My last order on 12/26/2015 Order #: 33417491 I ordered 2 Brother LC75BK New Compatible Black Ink Cartridge (High Yield Version of Brother LC71BK) - G&G™ but instead received incompatible cartridges. There is a picture of an eagle on the front and a bar code of 1910007103767. It did not work in my Brother MFC-J835DW printer. Could I please have a credit for that order?

You might want to clarify what you mean by Regular shipping, or the first option, and "Deliver to a Post Office near you". I need it delivered by Canada Post regardless, so it will end up in my mailbox, or it will end up at my local Post Office, or they will leave me a pickup notification.
