Installed eight months ago. Working fairly well so far. I don't have it mounted on a wall, rather in a TV cabinet that was originally designed with a stationary mount. Holding a 50" TV weighing around 25lbs. Solid build quality. Moves smoothly with little effort. I have a bizarre setup and the mount allows me to have this TV swing out left or right, depending on where I'm sitting. As at least one other review mentioned, the tilt screws are not particularly robust and the TV tilts forward slightly. If you're not swinging the TV around much, maybe the tilt screws don't move. Despite this, it works for my setup nicely!

Wow, it was exactly what was needed. Now the light from my den windows doesn’t interfere with watching. Flexible and easy to change the angle. Quick install and not a bad price.
