Terrible, flimsy product. Could not hold 80lb TV at all despite claims of being able to hold 110lbs. Front section completely buckled under the weight as you can see from creases to the flimsy plastic bracket supports in the picture. I took off the TV immediately as this is an accident waiting to happen. Prime Cables does not stand by their product and was unwilling to exchange for a cheaper non-articulating mount. I don't think i can ever trust articulating mounts again.

Bars that attach the TV to the wall mount were about 2" too small. Definitely some kind of mix up at the factory or it was an open box. If you have 24" studs, make sure to get the more expensive Cab-LPA36-466E version.

These straps are for no use. I have dozens of them sitting in the waste bin.

My tv was installed on this device a week or so ago. Today while listening to music on it in the living room the entire thing came out of my wall (it was drilled into the studs), smashed my new 65 inch tv and put dents in my wall. I do not recommend this product and I will be following up with customer service for a refund and a new tv!

Seemed good but could not support the weight of my flat screen which is 42 inches and 80 lbs. (It is 2009 but works great!) Despite tightening the bracket hinges and plate that allows vertical angle adjustment and readjusting the bracket attached to the tv, TV would continue to be angled towards the floor as the day progressed. So much so I was afraid it would eventually pull from the wall. This is in the closed position, not extended. Might work best with a newer lighter LED LCD tv

Not very “heavy duty” it wouldn’t hold my 65inch without bending. Had to take it off the wall
