As good as elastic bands can be I guess. It's just sad that you can't create two equal sets without buying a complete second set (because 10 + 5 is not really equal to the resistance of 15 since elastic bands add more resistance near the end). It could also feature a two-handed handle, but the product is still good for what it is

Not the highest quality product, especially the clips. And the weight ratings don't really make sense for resistance bands. That said, they are still working for me after a year,
