Bought two to gitft some family members overseas. In theory this must be a brain free and speedy way to have a cup of coffee made. Well, my family never get well acquitted with coffee because of the awful performance of this machine. A money loss for sure

It was slow and touchy right from the start. Worked for less than a week then stopped working altogether. It is garbage.
