Worked great for 6+months. Then one morning only 1/3 of the hot water made it to the coffee cup, the rest of the heated water somehow went back into the main reservoir. Worth returning?

Because of the low price, I thought I would give this coffee maker a try. After unpacking and looking at the coffee maker, I decided it was not well designed and I are-packaged it and donated it to a local thrift store. It was nice and lightweight, suitable for travel. The coffee pod insertion procedure looked a little awkward, certainly not at all as easy or convenient as our current Keurig coffee maker, which we are not all that fond of. I would not recommend this coffee maker for a daily user.

J'ai ouvert un billet parce que la cafetière donne de l'eau de temps à autre. En gros, vous insérer 8oz et il vous en sort 6, parfois 8 ou même 10oz = l'eau de la dernière fois qui reste dans la machine. Mauvaise conception et ça semble un problème répendu pour cette cafetière. Seul bémol: l'excellent service client de Shopper+ qui a rapidement fait en sorte de trouver une solution plus qu'acceptable pour moi.

I am very dissatisfied with this coffee machine. It takes forever to warm up and to brew a cup of coffee. The little funnel holder was broken in 3 parts when I got it but it doesn’t prevent me from using it.( I put a small binder clip and it does the trick). Cute little machine but wayyyyy too slow for my taste!
