Hi, I am sorry to say that I have requested that I return this product. After a very frustrating 45 minutes, when my printer did not recognize the ink cartridges, I realized they were missing the chip that was on the previous ones I purchased. I clicked on my previous order to bring these up. They box is also different being brown cardboard and saying remanufactured. I have sent two emails already. Thank you , Gail Burr

Unfortunately whomever made these did not line up the holes, where ink comes out, properly so the cartridge would not be recognized by my printer. I have purchased several times other brands of remanufactured cartridges from 123ink in past with no issues. This one doesn't do it for me.

Cartridge does not work. Website said it was compatible with Canon MX340. Received error message "U051". Researched and was advise to clean the pins on the cartridge and printer. Performed this but it did not correct the error. I ordered a box of two. One has been opened and the second cartridge still in the box. Can I get a refund? Email is sesrao@hotmail.com. Poor customer service. It took 45 minutes on the phone trying to replace defective product. The representative didn't seem to know how to handle problem and I was kept on hold twice while he consulted with someone else.

White lines will start appearing on your print outs due to a clogged up printer head. I did basic troubleshooting and there is no change. I have started to believe that the cartridges are empty. Please refund me my money. My order# is 35887069
