Not sure the black is as black as it should be bring new. The color cartridge was unable to be read by printer….called customer service and being replace. Great customer service rectifying issue…..thank you!

Can be hit and miss at times, I think I am at 4 work and 1 was unrecognized by printer as new ink. Overall good, but can have misses.

Description says “2 sets”. So that sounded like 2 sets of PG-210XL CL-211XL combo cartridges. Delivered with one of each type, not 2 sets with each set consists of the combo cartridges. To minimize future confusion, description should say one of each type, perhaps?

The product itself is good. The service not so much. I am still waiting to receive this product several weeks when delivery is generally a few days.

The product was great and worth the money. Also i received it in a timely manor. Would recommend this product to anyone with a canon printer.
