These are a big hit at the office so far. The quality is above what was expected for the good price these are. So initial impression is good. I found that it is far easier to assemble if the lumbar is attached to the arms first, then adding the back rest piece to it. The way the instructions are makes it very difficult to attach the arms with out the lumbar/backrest falling out of place. Other than the instructions needing improvement, very happy with the chairs.

The chair's lumbar support is right at the bottom of the spine which works well for me. It was fairly easy to assemble and everything seems of high quality. I bought this chair to replace a bonded leather chair that was shedding leather scraps all over my office (granted that it was many years old) and thought with the mesh back and fabric seat this would not be a future problem. Early days but so far so good.

Instructions are picture only and have yet to figure out how to attach lumbar support to upper back section. Reasonable quality for the price point.
