Good size and works very well. Good quality build. Only issue was a small piece of the cable housing broke off the end protector and landed on my desk (see photo). Doesnt affect the usage or quality overall though.

Apparently the two HDMI ports can only display the same signal from a Macbook. (i.e. cannot use dual monitors in clamshell mode without using HDMI port on the laptop itself) This information is not in the listing, but is in the small manual which is included in the box. Disappointing because that is the function I was looking for.

According to support, after purchase, "the supplier is not certain whether the item is compatible with the latest Mac OS update." I don't even have the "latest Mac OS", just the latest version of the 2nd latest Mac OS, so the generic supplier statement, placing blame on Apple's Mac OS update, doesn't really make sense. When used with an Apple device, it shows only 1 of the two displays in Settings and mirrors it to the 2nd "invisible" display. While the company offered a return and refund, be warned that it does not work on Apple devices.

It's reliable

Works great for the price point. The VGA port is a bit flat.. yoy have to get it just right to read the monitor. and thats the only thing stopping me from a 5
