Ordered on Jan 02, 2025 received in good condition ,working really good at the beginning as described, really love it, in August changed batteries once, Problem recently in December, the lid start to not close all the way, need to give a push to be properly close, and gradually doesn't even close. Instead of throwing it out, I dismantle the lid and realize that the lid over travels and keep hitting the end edge until a piece of plastic break off, I finally get it fix by making a stop so that it doesn't over travel ,that's the reason why it got stuck and won't closed. Now it working like new one. Manufacture needs to have a look at the problem, otherwise everything is good and will give a five maple leaf. Not everybody knows how to fix it.

So far really like it… only complaint would be an easier way to keep the bag in so it doesn’t fall down at the sides. I twist the bag on the corners and then pull it through.
