Not sure how to use it.

Does what it's supposed to but keeps falling out of outlet. Would not buy another like it.

It has a white piece sticking out, so I cannot plug it in. Very disappointing.

The back has one plug so it is very flimsy and falls out of the socket. Not advisable to use this for something that needs continuous power or if the electronic device will be moved (for example, vacuum). Above the one plug is a small plastic extension that is supposed to fit into the upper socket. However, it does not fit in some sockets and does not hold well anyways.
