This surge protector uses a blank plug at the top to keep it in place. We're trying to use it on an old outlet and the alignment is slightly off; which makes the active plug in the bottom slightly off - as if the plug is slightly too short to maintain contact unless its perfectly seated in the outlet. So if you're using this in an older home in less than ideal situations, it may be a little tricky to get it to supply power consistently/constantly

The outlets that turn are a bit stiff, and it's difficult to plug any large plugs into the other side due to the size.

Did not fit outlet with a reset button as it had a dummy ground insert that didn’t align with the button outlet.
