Not super easy to stick on ground and moves a bit, but otherwise good

eventually flattened out, good for small space not for larger rolling desk chair which would roll off the edge, using for a non-rolling chair and so far working as advertised

Need to put some heavy books on the ends to help flatten the mat but otherwise works as expected.

After unrolling and flattening, the mat has been great for protecting my hardwood floor, and is just the right hardness of material for my office chair's hard surface wheels.
