Mon imprimante HP DeskJet 2700e n'est pas en mesure de reconnaître les cartouches. J'ai même essayé différentes cartouches que j'avais acahtées et sans succès. Une perte d'argent et de temps. Quelle déception... Je n'ai même pas essayé avec la cartouche couleur car trop découragé avec les cartouches noirs.

The color cartridge has been working perfectly since I installed it in late September. today I am getting the message "incompatible cartridge" . I have been using your cartridges for several years and never had this problem before. It is approximately 2/3 full. The black is showing as 1/2 full.
