      The print is not sharp. They colour comes through on the the black print. Will buy the HP ink next time

        J'ai toujours eu un très bon service de Shopper +. Je ne critique donc pas le service que vous offrez. Cependant, mon imprimante ne reconnait pas vos cartouches. J'obtiens un message disant que ce sont des cartouches originales ou contrefaites. J'ai donc payé deux cartouches pour rien :( et je devrai en acheter de nouvelles. Je croyais que vos cartouches fonctionnent même si elles sont remanufacturées. :(

          The last ink cartridges I bought did not work at all something wrong with them I was not pleased at all. Do not know what to do now
