    I had written to you about the two cartridges that didn't work. I was hoping you could replace them . one b&w and one color. The colored one is new and it won't print in color. I have my computer guy that can vouch for me, he's the one that tried to fix the problem. Then the black one was no good either. I did put them aside . Thank you for replying. I usually am very satisfied with those cartridges. first time it happened. Noella Shank.

      Of the 2 sets ordered, 1 worked fine, and the other did not. Will not order this set again, will go with Moustache.

          La cartouche de noir est parfaite mais la cartouche de couleurs ne fonctionne pas du tout avec mon imprimante.
